Go to the
Create an account
Send your email and order id/purchase id in the ticket
Select Start and type "Windows Security"
Select the Windows Security app from the search results, go to Virus & threat protection under Virus & threat protection settings select Manage settings
Switch Real-time protection to Off
Unzip the files
Run dControl.exe
Disable Windows Defender
Download Visual C++ Runtimes above
Unzip the file
Run install_all.bat as administrator
Download DirectX
Unzip the file
Run it as an administrator
(When the download is finished, it could give you an error which is normal just continue.)
Restart PC
